Kolkata Tram - 696 --- A group of youngsters decorated a Jessop-built heritage tram with graffiti art depicting two facets of the city - traditional and modern. At the Gariahat depot, contestants of 'Sprite Till I Die' gave the tram a new lease of life with art work. The team of 6, handpicked by renowned graffiti artiste Daku, worked on an original creative and cited the unique paradox of culture in the city as their core inspiration. Roy spotted this Rajabazar based Tram car at Esplanade Jn. on 2nd Dec 2014 while it was serving on Route # 14.
