Kolkata Tram - 609 --- Only two of its kind was re-built with modified front panels & refurbished interiors for Calcutta-Melbourne Tramjatra during February 2001 - tramcars bearing road numbers 609 & 649. While # 649 usually serves the Tollygunge-Esplande Route # 29 of Kolkata south, this one # 609 was roaring at the north Kolkata streets while serving the Belgachia-Howrah Route # 11 on quiet Sunday morning.
