First ever 25 kV Alternating Current (AC) EMU prototype rake from BHEL (furnished and completed by TREL). This unique 9-car EMU of Narkeldanga carshed, was leaving New Alipur station while it was proceeding towards its final destination Majherhat from Sealdah. Photographed by Somsubhra Das. Rake id = 90000-90001-90002. Presently dismantled into 3 parts and mixed with some other rakes for 12CAR rake formation.
