In 2012, Bangladesh Railway ordered 16 new broad gauge locomotives of 3100hp from Diesel Locomotive Works, India. Following which a brand new WDG3A class locomotive, bound for cross-border travel, was spotted by Sam at Varanasi siding drying out its body colors.
